History

An earlier draft of the Foundation's Memorandum and Rules was prepared under the name BoiAro Education, Literature and Culture Foundation.

The Foundation was registered with RJSC as Bangladesh Literature, Culture and Education Foundation (BLCEF) on 15 October 2026 (registration number S-15466/2026).

Details of the change from the earlier name will be added once the amended Memorandum is verified.
